Is there any health benefit to drinking Orange Juice made from concentrate?

    yes cos from concentrate it dnt normally hav sugar in it so it decreases the chance of getting diabeaties

    from concentrate means it is watered down to increase the amount. Not from concentrate means it is as it is from the fruit.

    lot better than coke but make your own orange drink yourself from one of those round orange balls in Tescos next tothe na nas

    It may not be quite as good for you as freshly squeezed or made from fresh, but it should still have all the good stuff.

    I still make my own "isotonic" (whatever that actually means) drink from half orange juice (the cheap stuff) and half bottled water (the very cheap stuff) plus a pinch of salt.
