There are also limitations as to who can perform juice fast, pregnant and lactating mothers are not recommended to perform juice fasting though it has nutrients from fruits and vegetable extracts, other minerals are also needed by pregnant and lactating moms which are not present in those nutrient like calcium, carbohydrate, proteins and the like. People who have also just undergone a medical procedure should not also perform this fast as there might be side effects and reactions to the body. People who are also diabetic area also not allowed to juice fast as there are some fruits that are high in sugar which is strictly avoided by diabetic patients. Kidney patients are not also recommended to take this alternative. Allergic patients to some fruits and vegetables should also watch out before preforming the juice fast as it may only lead to graver health problems.
