am i harming my health with thefollowing juice combination?
i never could eat fresh vegetables .so every day i put in the juicer half a broccoli, a red beet, 3 carrots, 2 oranges and some pommegranate.. it creates a large glass of great taste juice. then i read that one should never combine fruit with veggie juice cause it causes oxydation ect. if you have some medicin knowlidge let me know, please.
This whole idea of fruit oxidizing in the digestive tract is just silly. Your combination of juices is healthy and wonderful. Make it organic and you won't get a giant dose of pesticide residue.

Its true that ideally you should consume each fruit or vegetable separately, since the enzymes from one fruit may destroy nutrients from another fruits.
However, since it is not practical to do it five times a day and wait till your stomach clears,
The juice combination you choose is O.K.

I 've been doing the same thing and never felt better.
I even stopped drinking coffee which at one point I was up to 6-8 cups a day. So no way can it be worse for you then coffee or soda pop.
If we used to eat off trees do you not think we ate the leaves with the fruit too and grass. You see other animals do it all the time I sure our bodies can handle that combo better then it can these bio and chemical altered foods we now eat.
I wouldn't worry about it!

That's a very healthy drink.
It would be nice to vary it sometimes to get other vitamins and minerals. But you
can pick any fruits and/or
veggies and make a drink.
Your stomach digests this
almost immediately, and you
get full nutrituve value.

According to Juicing For Life authors, Cherie Calbom and Maureen Keane, there is no scientific evidence that combining fruits and vegetables in juice is harmful. However, it may apply to people with multiple food allergies or impaired digestion, http://books.google.com/books?id=n-qrFwMMYcYC&pg=PA23&lpg=PA23&dq=safe+to+combine+fruit+and+vegetable+juice&source=web&ots=3hyEhRKEY-&sig=rgvewM0TprwXEzpF4EItQwGrTVo . So I would suggest you consult your doctor or nutritionist if you think this applies to you.
Otherwise, the combination of fruits and veggies you plan to have sounds great.
If you are worried about oxidation, then consider getting a cold press juicer, which minimises the amount of oxidation during the juicing process, protects enzymes from getting destroyed, and allows storage for up to 2 days in sealed container. Here are some I recommend, http://www.topbuys.com.au/juicers_10.aspx .
