    oooo i luv the “traditional medicine” teas….i drink the yerba mate to replace my coffee and they have others that are good. great video and juice information….keep on pushin sis! :)

    Hey! You know I will be one of your biggest cheerleaders. I was looking at someone elses page and they were talking about the knowing what your BMR is. Do you know what yours is? I think this will help because then you will know how much weight you will need to lose in oder to see a lose each week. I am about to go check this out and see if it can work for me.
