I’ve tried Hydroxycut myself and I can tell you that it does not work and that was with doing a lot of cardio. I haven’t tried Acai Berry, but I’ve heard a lot of good about it. I found this site (I’ll post it under the source section) and its got all kinds of good info on it. I actually think I’m going to order some from there today. Good luck with your weight lost efforts!

I can see that Acai berry for example has very little evidence for tangible health benefits

At your age you shouldn’t even be thinking about taking these.

These products are a waste of money and don’t work, and some have nasty side effects.

No pill, potion, patch or supplement will help.

All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg and exercise – it takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix

I’ve been one of those people that were chubby all my life. I tried every diet plan that came along. A couple months ago I saw a friend of mine that I han’t seen in over six months. If it says "not recommended for under 18", then at 15 she shouldn’t be taking this – there could be nasty side effects.

All she needs is a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg.

try to exercise with your kids. go outside and play with them as much as you can or do physical things that will help burn calories. put him in a stroller and go for long walks if nothing else. don’t take diet pills for your own health. just keep eating right in proper portions, drink lots of water, and get exercise.

Yes, there is.

Pure Seabuckthorn Juice is great, but there’s even better wholefood nutrition in the capsules and tea.

All juices are pasteurized, meaning that they have been heated, so some nutrition has ruined.
