My mom is looking for an acai berry supplement to aid in weight not (not be be an ultimate weight loss pill!) and she bought one bottle called Acai berry cleanse http://www.walmart.com/ip/Acai-Berry-Cleanse-Dietary-Supplement/14122828 .. it cost like $15

But then I found something on e-bay, and is cheaper $5, but I want to know if it is a credible source, and if its safe to buy from.

So what is the difference between these two brands? Which one is better? Which one is more creditable? which has the most mg? Help?

http://acaiberrysite.com/store/ the site seems to be pretty legit but i don’t want to take any chance seeing i have already been scammed by nature’s acai berry….if anyone has ever tried this supplement did it work? did they scam you?

1.) Acai berry doesn’t really do anything. It’s just a fruit. It is high in anti-oxidants, but so are other fruits and veggies, or for that matter, vitamin C pills. It is not that dramatically higher in anti-oxidants than other fruit, especially for the price.

2.) Most Acai berry supplements contain a miniscule amount of Acai, even the juices. You would get much more of those anti-oxidants from a handful of blueberries then from a does of Acai supplement. In Brazil, people eat whole bowls full of the berry pulp, and they don’t experience any cancer cures or weight loss or anything.

3.) You can buy Acai juice or supplements in a regular grocery store. I’ve seen 12 oz containers of juice for less than $5. All of these web sites and MLM distributors are charging exhorbitant prices.

4.) It’s such a common scam for them to get your credit card number and charge you for nothing that I wouldn’t take the risk on any web site or 800 number at all.

5.) The claims of celebrity endorsement are false. Oprah Winfrey has never endorsed Acai berry. Niether has Rachel Ray, nor any other celebrity. If they lie about that, how much do you think you can trust their business practices?

It’s been fairly well known that most acai berry supplement vendors are scammers for several years. Not only is acai berry a fruit and not a miracle medicine (i.e. it won’t do shit), but no, it’s not safe to give out your info to them.

That’s not a jump start any more than me going to take a big sh-t is a jumpstart. Those things make you poop. That is not real weight loss. Save your money. Google "acai berry scam" Cleanses are the same type of snake oil.. sorry.

I’m pretty sure these are the same guys that got fined by the FDA for making false claims and to pay back a bunch of money. Like $30 million!
But even if they aren’t, it is still the same scam.
This is the classic scam. Acai pills do nothing but make money for the seller!
Don’t fall for the "trial period deadline" junk either.
They will get your credit card number to cover the "shipping and handling" fee of only $3.95 and then in two months will sock the credit card for $150!

First of all, I would NOT buy this product. If you test it on a refractometer, you will see that it is NOT that good. This is typically due to using berries that are sprayed or grown in bad soil, typically chemically fertilized. Second, I have personally done some energy testing on this product and found it to test very weak as well. It has a very low cellular resonance and that means your body will have to muster up a lot of energy to process it before the nutrients can even be used by your body.

Products like this are typically pasteurized or radiated to get rid of any possibility of germs, but that alters the product and in many cases makes it not good for you. Additionally, if it is scanned, and most of these products are scanned at the factory and as well, at the place you buy it, then it will contain lots of embeds that will further make the energy available for utilization by your body all bound up and difficult for your body to use.

Why waste your money on this? You are far better off finding a good source of quality, organic fruits that are locally grown that are good for you.

Acai-Burn in the UK – HELP!?

Signed up for a ‘Free trial’ at Acai-burn.com – I didnt see anything about being charged every month if i didnt send the product back and cancel multiple memberships, and now i need help cancelling everything before it starts to get really stupid.

I accept im likely to be charged $60, and as long as i can get this sorted and only have to be charged that ridiculous amount once, ill be happy.

If anyone can list what i need to do, who i need to contact, and how to contact them, that would be great, im in the UK, which will make it harder for me i presume. Im almost certain it will be a great help to other people in the UK that also made this mistake with this ’scam’.

You should be able to go to that site and see for your self first hand.. these are fakes. BEWARE!!! of these two people.

One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry. I was stuck at my weight loss goals and this brought me through it and made me lose a lot of weight. So in my opinion it helped me lose weight tremendously. I know a lot of that dieting stuff is expensive but I found a free trial of Acai Berry(I think it only cost me like 7-8 bucks at the time for shipping.)
