Rachel Ray Acai Show

The Rachel Ray acai juice episode was on TV one day when I was home sick from work. The timing was really perfect as I had spent the entire day worried about my health. I didn’t get sick very often but I was not being diligent about my health. A family member had passed away the year before after a long and very sad battle with cancer. If I didn’t get a grip on my health immediately, it would be easy to slide further downhill. I was starting to notice facial wrinkles and grey hairs. I was thirty pounds heavier than I was 5 years ago. It wasn’t a pretty story.

I watched the Rachel Ray show on acai berry with a keen interest. This new health superfood was exactly what I needed to kick start my new healthier regime. Acai juice is a fair antioxidant, it reduces inflammation and it is a metabolism booster. It really sounded to good to be true. It was the head start I needed to get motivated. I also knew that I would need to change my eating habits and start to exercise a few times per week. Those factors had to be embraced.

Rachel Ray likes acai juice and spoke about the juice on her show. However, I soon learned that I could get the same benefits with acai caplets. I thought the acai caplets might be easier. I did a fair bit of internet research before I bought anything. I wanted to confirm that it was as good as Rachel ray claimed. In a fairly short time, I became convinced of the many health benefits and I learned to steer clear of an acai scam.

It turns out that acai really is a true superfood. The more I read the more convinced I became. acai comes from the Amazon rainforest. The only slight disappointment was in regard to the antioxidant capacity of acai. A blended acai berry juice has approximately the same antioxidant power as black cherry juice and pear juice. It seems to be a better antioxidant than pure apple juice but not quite as good as red wine or pure pomegranate juice.

The most annoying information I came across was about free acai berry trial scam. As with most anything, acai has attracted some con artists. It looks like people are tricked into signing up for a long term contract when they are just requesting a free trial sample. There are a lot of complaints from people who have found some unexpected charges on their credit card bills. The free trial sample is simply not worth it.

I tried a few different types of acai juice but in the end I decided to go with the caplets. Before I bought I went to some health forums and asked people for a recommendation. A number of people recommended the same online dealer. I have already placed and paid for my first three month supply. My diet is going really well and my exercise is improving. I am really committed to the process and I feel confident. The episode on Rachel Ray acai juice just might save my life.
