acia/bromalite for 13 year old?
Im 13 years old and i have a lot of upper ab fat and a little lower ab fat. the rest of me is pretty much fine. can i take acia berry power 500 or acia burn or anything like that or can i take bromalite or somthing that colon cleanses? is it safe and healthy for my age? thank you in advanse!

Acai is a big scam, a rip-off, another gimmick for people to make money.
Colon cleansing is dangerous and unnecessary for anyone, at any age.
If you have fat and flab, you need to get exercise.
