what do u think of this as a starting diet?


1. a diet supplement (thinkin of doin acai berry plus colon cleanse)
2. walkin around my building for 10 mins then walkin up and down stairs for 5 -10 mins
3. eat fruits n veggies and meats like chicken and turkey and some seafood )
i cant use a fat burner cuz im scared cuz it has side effect and i have heart problem

so can everyone lemme know if th is is good and if u got more tips for it plz lemme know :D

hi i am also over weight and have tried loads of different diet supplements. which i would like to say unfortunately never worked.
you will defiantly be ok without the supplement and doing the other things.
im at weight watchers and have lost over 5 and half pound in 3 weeks.
its never easy to lose weight just take each day as it comes and don't worry if you have bad days just try again the next.
i would like to say i lost 19 lbs with weight watchers over a year ago. and when ive gone back i only put on 4lbs. its worth giving it a try.

    Sounds good. However, remember that any supplement must be run by a doc before use. Especially since you have a heart problem. Excersice and eating healthy are the man keys for healthy weight loss. Good Luck
