shall i take pills to lose weight?
ok, this may sound desperate but what the heck. i dont believe in diet pills what so ever.. i mean i believe they may work but i dont believe anyone should use them.. coz they might have side effects and stuff.. u know.. too good to be true kinda thing. but ive been letting myself go.. its usually a phase but this time im expaaanding.. i aint that fat.. like some ppl say i aint fat at all but maybe theyre just being nice or maybe it just doesnt show. is ACAI BERRY PILLS any good? i think i might start em soon.. give it a try.. whats the worst that could happen? plus many are recommending it .. i really need to change..

When there are so many natural ways to lose weight you need not go for artificial ways which will badly affect your health and body. Simple tips are (1) avoid junk foods (2) eat fat free foods (3) walk at least 2 miles a day - these natural ways will help you to lose weight permanently.

First off, feel good about yourself! Don’t worry what other people say. If someone says your not fat, agree with them and truly believe that you look good. As for the pills, I would advise against it. I know people who have used Hydroxycut, though it seems to only supress your appetite and give you stomach aches. Healthy diet and exercise over longer periods is the way to go. Good luck!

I feel u can exercise. Try climbing the stairs up & down daily for about 20 mins. That should do the trick!! Good Luck in your efforts

NOOOOO!!!!! they are so bad for your body thoses “natural” remedies if they are in pill form and made for “commercial” selling, be suspicious!!! products usually add “natural” addictive and harmful ingriedients and get away with calling them ‘natural flavors’ etc…..
exersize hunny try the olyptical or biking running etc
eat healthy
whole foods organic foods steamed baked food lean food
no fried food no fast food no dairy it is fattening

I’ve been there and done that. If you are really trying to lose weight, you have to stay dedicated and determined to do so. I lost around 50 pounds using just these simple tips I’m about to explain to you.
I found three things to be the best but you have to use them together in order to get some great results. You have to understand that you are what you eat first. Dieting is something you might have to stick in there with and follow through with one. Some people can while others can’t.
The next thing you need to do is create a workout plan whether that be cardio or some other exercise to get the heart rate up. You have got to do at least 30 mins a day to get some results.
The 3rd step that I’m going to explain, helps a lot if you are slobbish on your diet or just need some help with it all. For me, it’s a natural herbal supplement called Proactol. It’s a fat binder and an appetite suppressant. I’m very health consicious and having this supplement that is made from natural herbs, you really can’t beat it. It’s helped me so much but absorbing up to 28% of fat that you intake. Which means if you aren’t following your dieting plans, you have a little more room for food being on the supplement. The appetite suppressant part works wonderfully too so you can actually stay away from the cookies and brownies.

Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it’s been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy!
