Is it true the acai berry dietary supplement is healthy for you to lose weight and to flatten your tummy?


There is a dietary supplement called the Acai berry they are the actual berries that they are in pill formation and they say that they help you lose your weight and give you more energy plus it flattens your belly all at once i just want to know if this is really healty like they say it is?

Here are my ten top tips to tip the scales your way:
CREATE YOUR OWN VIRTUAL REALITY.

# EAT NUTRITIOUS WHOLE FOODS.

# ELIMINATE HIGH GLYCEMIC FOODS.

# DRINK PLENTY OF PURE LIQUIDS.

# MOVE YOUR BODY. BUILD MUSCLE.

# INCREASE HIGH FIBER FOODS.

# CUT OUT BAD FATS, ADD GOOD ONES.

    Ugghh, the acai berry scam is as I said… a scam, the spam websites just link you to a shopping site which sells you products which have no scientific evidence that they contribute to weight loss.
    If you type in some of their "feedback " from satisfied customers into google, you will see the number of websites which are grouped into this scam
    Stay safe and dont get Scamed ! !

    ps. there is no quick natural way to lose fat.. Else everyone would be lean and skinny ! :) cheers

    The research I have read says there is no proof that ACAI Berry helps you lose weight. As a matter of fact, there are various warnings (see sources) on ACAI Berry.

    If you really want to flatten your belly, just eat more salads, no red meat, more fish and drink lots of water. The water flushes you out. Don’t eat after 5 pm. If you get hungry, just drink water. Eating healthy will give you the energy you want too.

    Sometimes the simpliest methods are the best.

    Well, I would really err on the side of caution if you’re interested in an offer for Acai weight loss formulas online. Be sure to read over all terms & conditions of any online offer and watch your credit card statements if you have bought any Acai product online… Someone told me that NPR discussed acai and said it was actually used to gain weight as a supplement in South America, I’m not too sure though. You can purchase acai products at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc if you want to try. What’s helped me is adding more fresh greens & fruit, try to excercise as often as possible. I.e. stairs vs. elevator, etc. Good health!
