How much weight do you have to lose to drop 2 dress sizes?
I am currently an 8 and 5'7, and I want to be a 4. So approximately how many pounds would I need to lose?
I'm going to be swimming 4x a week (1hr+ each time, fairly slow to medium pace. i love it so i will definitely keep that up.) kickboxing 2x a week for 1hr each time, and a 1.5hr yoga session, plus a 1400-1600 calorie diet (i need 2200cals on a normal day not factoring in excersise)
I gain muscle really, really, REALLY easily so factoring in muscle gain, about how much would I need to lose on the scales to fit a 4? (i'm about 145 now)
and yeah, i am hoping for miracle answers in beauty and style, but that's because every answer you get in diet and fitness is for acai berry/weight loss pill spam.
Every body is different, But last year I was about 145 lbs, (but I'm 5'5'') and I lost 20lbs, and went down from a 6 to a 2-4. So for you, I'm guessing 10-15lbs should do. Your workout routine sounds great..and your calorie intake is great. Just stick with it and it should work

You will probably gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat.

10 lbs per size. 2 sizes = 20 lbs.
