acai berry and colon cleanse?
i’m about to go on the acai berry and colon cleanse and am really excited about it.
I have four months to really slim down before my birthday.. im just wondering which option will be better for me…
acai powder 150g (to stir into drinks)
or
acai capsules (120 per pack)
which will help me lose weight quicker?
also, is it safe to use this PLUS weightloss shakes combined with exercise and eating right?
I know i may sound oblivious, but its because i am! help would be so much appreciated
thanks!
This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the big "stretch" these con artists are selling.
Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic".
The "cleanse" that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more.
"Cleanses" empty all the food and feces out of your system so you do lose weight. You do not change your shape. All the weight will be replaced with the food you eat.
Dump the soda out of a soda bottle and the shape doesn’t change. Same thing.
There is no such thing as a "fat burner ". Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner.
None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You are spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything.
The same "stretch of the imagination" applies to the green tea, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, and african mango seed extract pills out there.
That kind of money pays for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.

hey, I did have this overweight problem for ages that it was hopeless. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Until a friend recommended this method, I was skeptical at first. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love myself again. After going through that initial stage, which was a real confident booster, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn’t believe I didn’t try this sooner. This is the place: http://www.allloseweightsource.tk
