does acai extreme form health spark work?

obviously not on its own, but when in conjunction with a lower calorie diet and an hour of exercise a day. Does it aid weight loss at all or is it all one big scam?

If you look at weight gain and loss it boils down to a simple equation.

Food in + energy stores used = energy use + energy stored

So use more energy in a day than you eat and this energy is taken from your energy stores (typically fat, though it can also be muscle)
If you eat more energy in a day than you use, this excess is stored, typically as fat.

If a diet supplement works then it must either stop you absorbing energy from your foods, or to increase the amount of energy you use in a day. Since any significant increases in daily energy use would be noticed by you (you would have to walk, run, swim, cycle or something to make a big difference), these supplements have to work by stopping you absorbing energy and nutrients from your food.

Not absorbing the nutrients from your food can lead you with deficiencies in your diet that can cause problems later in your life.

The only way they can aid weight loss is that they make you think about the food you eat and from that you reduce your energy intake. It is far better to put the money aside for something nice – say new clothes when you reach a target size, and stick with the lower calorie diet and increased exercise.

In other words Acai berries are not the wonder food they promise to be

I think it is scam. My friend used to use it but it didn’t work. The companies advertise and say Quick Weight loss but that is straight up Bulls*it.

    No.
It’s the diet and exercise that works. They pocket your money.

Claims of weight loss are unfounded, said the CSPI.
"There’s no evidence whatsoever to suggest that acai pills will help shed pounds, flatten tummies, cleanse colon, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions," according to the organization’s press release.

Virtually every berry — blueberry, strawberry, goji, acai — are Anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants.
antioxidants do not aid weight loss.
