Im not too sure … Im not too sure about creatine neither,if i want natural creatine,ill go eat red meat or fish,but i think glutamine and Branched Chain amino acids are better for recovery then creatine

Creatine suplementation has boosted my cardio workout out of a hole. It gave me the boost I needed to just develop. Before creatine i could jog for half a mile and would need to cool down or rest……..Now i can go for 5 miles without stopping and thats a a fast pace with some inclines. I’m not on it now but it got my fitness up to a good level from what was an embarrasing level.

there is no reason to eat 2 grams of protein per pound. Thats an excessive amount and will just be flushed or stored as fat.
