Do you need to exercise to lose weight on the acai berry diet?

Exercise always helps because you are burning calories. Proper diet with adequate exercise is the always best for weight management.

Yesterday I went to a get"free" Acai juice for a weight trial.I could understand asking of course for my name and address, but they wanted my phone number and e-mail address too which made my uncomfortable.
Sure enough, you get the free sample and then every month after you receive product that you will be billed for.
I don't want any automatic billing. I would not authorize the "free" product. I should have known it is just a scam.
I do buy Acai and Pomegranate juice in the supermarket for $6.99 a bottle.
The $30.00 that would be sent automatically is a very hard sell to me.
I already got tricked into a "gathering" of neighbors that turned out to be a sales pitch.
It required membership fees to "belong" to get you juice at a reduced price. In the next breath we were told how rich we could become selling the juice.
I say $6.99 in the supermarket is where it belongs.

Theres really a lot out there. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out several trials and measuring the results.I would check out the site at http://www.pure-acai-berry.saverightnow.info visit and see if it interests you, I did.

Yes. Exercise will be needed for every diet, but acai really helps out.
Acai gives you in general more energy and a better sleep. You can use this more energy to go out and run.
In general, Acai makes weight loss a much easier process, it did for me! Don't try pills, from personal experience, but acai really can do the job.

No, you do not need to exercise to lose weight especially if you're taking acai berry supplements, although exercising is beneficial to your health in many ways so you would want to use it (as anything in moderation) as well.

You have to exercise and eat right to lose weight on the acai berry diet. If you do not exercise and if you eat junk food, no amount of acai will help you lose weight. This is true of all weight loss products.
If you stick with a 100% pure acai product and avoid the colon cleansers, you will probably have no issues with the bathroom. Acai itself will not make you poop… unless you use like 10 g at once, then you'd probably poop. Get more information on how to lose fat while using acai from the first source link below.
Another good choice is Sambazon acai juice. This is an awesome juice that I drink whenever I can get my hands on it. You can order some from the second source link below, or if you are luck you might be able to find some in your local Shaws. My local Hannaford doesn't carry it.

it does both were once your body gets used to it, was often. I used it for four weeks and lost 56 pounds without exercising. I believe it's the best way and only way to lose weight. For me that is. *cold drink (included cold freshwater, believe me!!)
*fastfood (max once a week)
*junkfood (max once per 2 weeks)
recomended food :
* white part of an egg
* red part of meat (beef)
*white part of meat (chicken)
*drink a glass of coconut sugar water (serves warm, believe me!!!)
*Fiber rich food
activity:
*try to reach your own knees with your mouth evryday while your legs strecthed (to stay elastic)
*routine exercise with proffesional personal trainer

Well exercising always helps when you want to lose weight. The simple fact is if you take in less calories than you use then you will lose weight whether you exercise or not. But acai berry capsules did help me to lose and I still take them. It varies from person to person and some people say they dont work but for me personally I exercise and take acai berry and I think taking acai berry gives me more energy so that I want to exercise. I take the ones for the site below – I like capsules because I dont actually like the taste of the juice!

I don't know which acai berry product is "best" for losing weight. I think they are all bogus. Yes the acai berry is healthy. But so are grapes. A lot of sites are claiming Oprah endorses the acai berry diet pill, but really she just mentioned that the acai berry itself was a very healthy food.
The thing you need to know about those acai berry diet pill free offers are that they trick you into signing up for recurring billing. Read the fine print for those offers and you'll see what I mean. If you don't call up and cancel the trial, they'll automatically bill your card for some outrageous amount.
And, they make it real hard to contact them and cancel your trial.
If you want honest reviews of diet pills, read sites like the Mayo Clinic online or http://bestdietpillreviews.org which is kind of like the amazon.com with user reviews of diet pills where anyone can submit a review and rate it on whether or not it was helpful.
Anyone offering you a link to an acai berry diet pill here is just a salesman trying to make a commission by getting you to sign up.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

I've been looking into the acai berry diet, and not seen any real evidence to support the idea that it helps you lose weight. The reviews I've read which aren't written by people trying to sell the stuff suggest to me that it's a great diet supplement and good for you not a weight loss thing.
