OBEs: The Benefits of Astral Travel – C2C 1/11

Speaker and author William Buhlman discussed the latest research on out-of-body experiences (OBEs). During these experiences a person moves into an astral realm– a dimension of existence apart from the physical world. There are many benefits that can be gained during OBEs. You become an explorer who can ascertain direct knowledge about one’s existence rather than just adhering to a belief system, he explained.
During sleep, people actual separate from their bodies, if only a few inches, Buhlman pointed out, adding that one purpose of sleep may be to recharge the body by accessing the etheric plane. He shared a technique for inducing OBEs: Get up after about 4 hours of sleep, and lie down on a couch instead of your bed. Then, repeat the affirmation “now I’m out of my body” and hold onto that thought.
People have reported having communications with deceased loved ones and family pets during astral travels. But, the natural evolution in an OBE is to slowly lose human form and become a globe of consciousness with 360 degree views, he revealed. A lot of concepts surrounding OBEs are false, such as you can lose connection to your physical body if you’re out too long, or that negative entities can enter your body while you’re astral traveling, he detailed.

What he talks about …
What he talks about is fascinating.
Until you experience astral projection/OBE for yourself, you have no real idea whether what he is talking about is real and for everyone, or just one big story.
For me, with people like this, the alarm bells start ringing and they lose credibility, when they start banging on about the books, training materials, CDs etc that they then try and sell you.
How come people like this are always selling some product?

lol I had a funny crappy obe before waking last night. I wasn’t trying to Obe, but I thought I was awake and was trying to look at my arms, but I couldn’t see them even though I could feel them, so I was trying to see them, and I was like.. “oh they’re invisible.” and then I realized, yeah, because your visible arms are on the bed still XD..

this makes alot of sense and now i understand why i have always felt that this reality isnt real because my dreams are much realer to me i have notice that the more conscious you are their is alot of other things you could do while your dreaming. for example i was able to be aware that i was dreaming & started to control everything around me like environment place of being and more. wow now i know that i am not the only one

IT’S NOT JUST …
IT’S NOT JUST EXPECTANT MOTHERS experience seeing their soon to be born child! When my first son was conceived I began to see him in thoughts and dreams before his birth, and from the moment he was conceived I felt him emotionally. I knew his mother was pregnant before she admitted it, and the experience was accompanied by a paternal instinct which “triggered” in my awareness. This experience was astonishing!

i even challenged …
i even challenged myself i watched horror movies in the middle of the night 3 AM and i live in an apartment building and then i decided to go down the basement without turning the lights on and i walked like 50 meters in the dark ( long buildings ) all that was in my thoughts were love and focusing on touching the walls cause i couldent see anything it was totally black try that after watching horror movies i am serious it works love is the only answer love conquers everything

the battle is inside your heart and thinking u choose whether you want to have the light or the darkness on ur side u choose between love or hate friendlyness or angryness joy or fear etc i can go on forever u can change and overcome all your fear and hate and ego whenever you are ready to evolve it is so easy and then you can start to clean ur body and multi dimensional soul and never ever let those negative energies disturb u again cause they are not with you

i am telling you love is the only answer you may think i am lying but i have no fear at all i totally burned out my feari transformed my fear into love and trust me it works i simply cant get scared anymore even if something would lead to my death why ? because i know i am pure love we all are our higher natural self and state and i know i am a multi dimensional being that comes from the cosmic light the creation and i know that nothing can harm my soul i live forever

the victims are not sending out pure love energies in their daily lives so the negative astral beings cant be harmed the only power against hate and fear negative energies whatever you wanna call them fallen angels demons satan etc they hate pure love and fear it the most that is why positive spiritual people who love themselves and others and respect life send love daily through thoughts emotions they are never being influenced because the negative beings cant deal withthosehigh vibrations

What would you call …
What would you call it when you start watching your actions from another perspective in mid daylight…Sometimes I will be doing something ex. having lunch with a friend then all of a sudden I start to become conscious of whats happening and my every specific action. It’s like zoning out while your body carries on with its actions while youre observing it from another point of view.

no doubt ….there is no evil and if you believe there is you will up your brain in a big way…you have to get over any fears and any self limiting beliefs…otherwise it can be very scarey
